Same Page Home ("we," "our," "us") provides digital education, templates, and household management systems designed to help families create shared clarity, predictable routines, and reduced mental load. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, and programs.

By using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our paid products. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of Our Services

All content, templates, guides, and programs offered by Same Page Home are for informational and educational purposes only.

Same Page Home does not provide:

  • medical advice or clinical guidance
  • mental health or therapeutic services
  • legal advice
  • financial advice
  • relationship or marital counseling

Nothing in our products or programs should be interpreted as a substitute for professional support in any of these areas. If you need professional help, we encourage you to seek it from a qualified provider.

3. No Guarantees

Every household is different. Results depend on your own effort, your household's circumstances, and your willingness to apply the systems provided.

Same Page Home does not guarantee:

  • specific outcomes or results
  • time savings
  • emotional or relational improvements
  • changes in household behavior or dynamics
  • reduced conflict

We provide structure and guidance. How you use it is your responsibility.

4. Personal Responsibility and Voluntary Participation

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for your own decisions
  • you choose how, when, and whether to implement the systems provided
  • you are responsible for any communication with your partner or family members that your implementation involves
  • you may adapt or modify the tools to fit your household's real circumstances
  • you will use your own judgment when applying the material

Your participation in any program is voluntary. You may pause or discontinue use of the materials at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 9.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All content created and distributed by Same Page Home is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law. This includes:

  • templates, checklists, and guides
  • frameworks and systems
  • written content and digital downloads
  • videos and audio content
  • program materials and course content

License grant: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own household only. This license does not transfer to others and does not permit commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • copy, reproduce, or duplicate the materials beyond personal use
  • share, distribute, or publicly post the materials in any form
  • resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the materials
  • use the materials to create derivative works for distribution

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access and further legal action.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation
  • infringe on the intellectual property rights of Same Page Home or others
  • harass, harm, or threaten other users or participants
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or delivery platforms
  • share your access credentials with individuals who have not purchased the product
  • resell or redistribute our content in any form

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.

7. Product Access and Delivery

A. Immediate Digital Products

The Sunday Reset Template (lead magnet), Starter template pack, and Core program materials are delivered digitally upon purchase or opt-in. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology required to access the materials.

Access to these products is provided for as long as our delivery platform remains operational. If we discontinue a product or platform, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where possible, an alternative means of accessing your materials.

B. Complete Tier: Lifetime Access and Seasonal Delivery

Customers who purchase the Complete tier receive lifetime access to all included materials, including all future updates and additions to the Complete tier library.

Seasonal content packages are delivered automatically at the following calendar intervals each year:

  • Late July / early August: Back to School Transition Bundle
  • Mid-October: Holiday Season Planning Template
  • Mid-December: Annual Household Reset
  • Mid-April: Summer Transition Planning Template

Delivery is automated and tied to your purchase record. You do not need to request seasonal content. If a delivery is delayed for technical reasons, we will make the content available as promptly as possible.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Same Page Home operates and maintains the Complete tier. In the event that Same Page Home ceases operations or discontinues this tier, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and a downloadable archive of all materials you are entitled to.

C. Group Program Access

Access to live Group Program sessions, recordings, and community spaces is provided for the duration of the enrolled cohort plus 60 days following the final session. After this period, session recordings may no longer be accessible. We will provide advance notice before recordings are removed.

Both participants in a household are welcome and expected to attend Group Program sessions together. Access credentials are issued per household purchase and may not be shared with individuals outside the purchasing household.

D. Content Updates

We may update, improve, or modify product content over time. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue any part of our services. For the Complete tier, updates and new content are included at no additional cost for the life of the tier.

8. Payment and Billing

When you purchase a product, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete billing information
  • authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout

All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated explicitly at the time of purchase. We do not operate a subscription or auto-renewal billing model.

Prices are subject to change. Changes apply to new purchases only and do not affect existing purchases.

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are assessed as follows by product tier. Where a specific sales page states a different policy, that policy applies.

Sunday Reset Template: No purchase; no refund applicable.

Starter: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than two of the included templates.

Core: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the program beyond Week 1 materials.

Complete: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the Advanced System Library or downloaded seasonal content.

Group Program: A full refund is available up to 7 days before the first session of your enrolled cohort. No refund is available once the cohort has begun. If we cancel a cohort for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

10. Group Program Terms

The following additional terms apply to participants in the Group Program.

A. Session Recordings

Live cohort sessions may be recorded. Recordings are shared with enrolled participants in that cohort only and are not distributed publicly. By enrolling in the Group Program, you consent to being recorded during live sessions.

If you do not wish to appear on camera, you may participate with your camera off. Audio participation may still be captured.

B. Community Conduct

The Group Program includes access to a shared community or cohort space. You agree to:

  • engage with other participants respectfully
  • keep shared content within the cohort and not distribute it outside the group
  • not share identifying details about other participants without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the cohort community for conduct that is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with these standards. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund.

C. Cohort Size

Group Program cohorts are intentionally limited in size to support effective facilitation. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlist options may be available when a cohort is full.

D. Cancellation by Same Page Home

If we cancel a scheduled cohort for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

11. Limitation of Liability and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Same Page Home, its owners, team members, and contractors are not liable for:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • losses related to your implementation of our systems
  • misunderstandings or conflicts between household members arising from use of our materials
  • decisions you make based on our content
  • interruptions, delays, or errors in service or delivery
  • outcomes resulting from your voluntary participation in any program

Your use of our products and participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own risk. By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to release Same Page Home, its owners, and its team from any claims arising from your participation.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including how we use purchase behavior and engagement signals to send relevant email communications.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you directly by email where the changes are significant.

Continued use of our services after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you may request deletion of your data and discontinue use of our services before the change takes effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access our services from outside Canada, local laws may also apply to you.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding these Terms or your use of our services, please contact us first at https://samepagehome.com/contact-us. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly before any formal process is initiated.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

16. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Same Page Home regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
